The Thrive Educational Programme
Thrive is an innovative educational programme designed to support children in building positive relationships, developing resilience, and mastering essential strategies
for managing their emotions. The Thrive approach establishes a strong foundation for lifelong wellbeing by delving into the science behind early development. Drawing upon insights from neuroscience,
attachment theory, and child development research, Thrive helps us understand how early experiences influence learning, behaviour, and wellbeing throughout life.
Practitioner Training and Implementation
Through an intensive training scheme, Karen Holding will become a qualified Thrive practitioner. She will utilise Thrive Online, a comprehensive toolkit that examines the
whole child, sets appropriate targets, and equips both practitioners and families with strategies to address any areas of need.
Assessment, Feedback, and Communication
Once an assessment is completed, Karen will collaborate with families, providing feedback about any areas where a child may require additional support and outlining
strategies that Jigsaws practitioners will implement. Families will be regularly updated either during drop-off and collection times or through the parent app. We are committed to working with
families to determine the most effective communication methods for sharing updates, informing them of any changes, and tracking their child’s progress.
