The Explorers room is a dedicated space for our 2 year old children to learn and develop through play and exploration.  The room is tailored to this age group’s needs and incorporates sensory play, creative role play, with an emphasis on developing the key areas of effective communication, developing independence and promoting strong relationships.   At two years old children need a balance of care and education and whist they strive for independence they need caring adults to scaffold their learning and support their play.  We treat all children as individuals and will work closely with you to ensure that your wishes for your child and their individual needs are being met, as this is at the heart of everything we do.  The teachers provide the two year olds with clear, fair limits and guide them to make the right choices in a consistent manner.
