Our work has one clear focus: your child's individual needs. In order for us to support your child's development in the best possible way, we employ people with different educational training backgrounds. They all attend regular further training courses, which enable them to bring new ideas and perspectives to their daily work - ideas that will impact on your childs learning and development!

Teaching the youngest of children in her care from birth to two year's through observation, assessment and planning for their individual needs and next steps. This is done in a nuturing and loving environment.  Danni has undetaken Makaton Training level 1-4 and supports other staff within the setting to use signing when story telling and singing.  The use of Makaton with children in this age groups helps them through difficult times with communication reducing frustration and behavioural issues.

Shannon Kaye

Shannon started with us on a student placement while undertaking her level 1 in childcare and after completing this undertook some volunteer work with us.  In 2014 Shannon started her level 2 qualification while working with us on a part time basis and she is due to complete her course in 2015.  Shannon works in the Discoverers room supporting us mainly at Dinner Club.  Shannon helps with observations, planning and setting up activities for the children in our care.

Preparing snacks and hot meals for the children in our care. Developing a menu to reflect the needs of the children.  Ensuring their welfare by following guidance from Environmental Health.  Purchasing food for the weekly menu.
